So, at last the end of the road in life that is innov8 is drawing to a close, we are doing the American Civil War. If there's anything you want to put on about it, that would be good...

The differences between the English and the American Civil wars were firstly that the Americans used tactics that were for less powerful weapons so they blew each other apart and secondly, the different sides of the war in the American version were mainly North of America vs the South of America while the in the english version, the different armies couldn't actually keep a certain half of the UK as the Irish were rebelling and the Scottish had just had a war with them and were still going to fight against Charles I's army if the army strayed into scottish territory.
The simularities were firstly that each side had a different opinion as the American had a war (famously) about abollishing slavery and the English Civil War was about the King and Parliament breaking as they both felt that the other would not cooperate. Secondly, the winning team seems to have the right view but what would you think if say Charles I won the war and there was never a democracy. Imagine if there was still slavery, would you still think the same as you do now about it?
